Accurate and Comfortable Blood Pressure
The Rosie II Vital Signs Monitor maximizes resident comfort with the Smart Inflation feature–automatically adjusting to the resident’s mmHg requirements minimizing “squeeze”. The Rosie II Vital Signs Monitor also includes a patented Dynamic Linear Deflation feature designed to measure each pulse and instinctively deflate at a rate consistent with the patient’s heart rate as recommended by the AHA.
Memory Capability: Rosie II displays the last 200 sets of vitals she has taken to ensure accuracy and provide an additional safety feature for documentation.
Interval Blood Pressure Monitoring
When situations occur that require frequent testing, you can program the Rosie II Vital Signs Monitor to automatically take blood pressures at the frequency you indicate. If a test result falls outside of set parameters, an alarm will alert staff.
Data Transfer Capability

What is a Rosie II Vital Signs Monitor?
The Rosie II vital signs monitor delivers accurate, non-invasive Blood Pressue measurement, pulse rate, oxygen saturation (SpO2) and temperature in less than 1 minute! Rosie II yields these measurements in a quarter of the time it takes manually!

How many BP cuffs do I receive with my Rosie II Vitals Cart? Your Rosie II includes one adult regular BP cuff (if she is being acquired through purchase). If you are using the NurseRosie Budget Stretcher Program, you will receive three (3) BP cuffs at no charge (One adult small, one adult medium and one adult large)
How many lines of information can the Rosie II monitor hold in memory?
Rosie holds up to 200 sets of vital signs measurements. When her memory is full, the 201st vitals set will replace the oldest vitals set in memory.
How long does the Rosie II’s battery hold a charge?
Rosie’s battery will hold a charge for 6 hours when fully charged.
What kind of warranty does the Rosie II monitor come with? The factory-fresh Rosie Monitor comes with a 3 year warranty (purchased units). If Rosie II is leased or joins your team through our Budget Stretcher Supply Program, she is under warranty as long as you are on the program. If you’ve chosen to acquire one of our “pre-loved” Rosie II’s, you will enjoy a 1 year warranty. Warranty includes telephone tech support and a loaner unit (if RosieII needs a visit to the doctor). Wear and tear parts such as cables, hoses, power cords, BP cuffs, probes, batteries and finger sensors are under warranty for (90) days. What do I do if my Rosie II gets sick?
Call us, of course! The NurseRosie Tech Support team will troubleshoot your concerns and get any parts required shipped immediately. If Rosie II needs a “visit to the doctor” we’ll send you a loaner Rosie II so that your facility doesn’t lose any productivty! What do I without my Rosie II if she needs to “visit the doctor”?
Don’t worry! We will provide you with a replacement part or loaner Rosie within 3 business days if you are having repairs.
